Minimum stay from the end of July until the end of August and over New Year’s:
3 nights, except in the event of a short-notice booking within 14 days of arrival. Arrival possible daily.

Deposits & Booking Conditions:
When you book a room, we also ask that you remit a deposit equivalent to 30 % of the total amount  due per room or apartment, or simply supply us with your credit card number.

Check-In & Check-Out:
On arrival day, you will be able to check into your room or apartment after around 2 pm. On departure day, we request that you vacate your accommodations for cleaning by 11 am. We would be more than happy to provide you with a room free of charge to store luggage or change clothes on arrival or departure day.

Payment:
Payment is possible either in cash or with your EC (Eurochecque Card), while we also accept Visa and MasterCard. In the event of premature departure, we will be obliged to charge you 90% of the total costs.

No doubt that you are looking forward to your holiday.
However, anything might happen before you set off, or during your holiday! The General Terms and Conditions of business for the Hotel Industry apply at our establishment.
You may cancel your booking without charge up to 3 month prior to your arrival.
From 3 month up to 1 month prior to your arrival, that cancellation fee is 40%.
From 1 month to 1 week before to your arrival, the cancellation fee is 70%,
for cancellations during the last week before arrival or early departure we will charge 90% of the cost of your booking.

However, anything might happen before you set off, or during your holiday! Prepare for any such event and book your “private guardian angel” by taking out a hotel cancellation plus policy now.
